Due to the unique nature of handmade items and the materials used, items will vary in appearance. Every piece of wood is different and takes stain differently, and every handpainted item will vary. This is what makes handcrafted items unique. 

SHIPPING

Processing time will vary based on item, please see item listing for specific processing time expected. Every package will be insured and tracking information will be provided.

Once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier, I am unable to control how long it takes to deliver. I will work with you to resolve any issues, but I can only promise to have it shipped within the allotted time frame. The amount of time it takes to get to you will vary depending on factors outside of my control (extreme weather, carrier delay, zombie apocalypse, etc.).

Please double and triple check the shipping address provided. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses submitted.

Once a package is marked "delivered" or "notice left," I am no longer responsible for it. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen by porch pirates, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue. This is why the extra cost is invested to insure packages. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the handmade nature of these items, Lunar Pines Design Co. does not currently accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact me if there is an issue with your order. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
